Welcome to the Stuart Macka Photography FAQ page! Here, you’ll find answers to common questions about my services, payments, and how you can use my images.

1. Booking & Services

How do I book a photography session?

You can book a session by contacting me through the Contact page on my website. Please provide details about the type of shoot you’re looking for, and I’ll get back to you with availability and pricing.

What types of photography do you offer?

I specialize in portrait, landscape, event, Pet, photography,]. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to reach out!

How far in advance should I book?

It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date. For general sessions, I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. For events, please book 3 months ahead.

2. Payments, Downloads & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfers, PayPal . Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

When do I need to pay?

A small deposit is required to confirm your booking this will be deducted from the final amount. Full payment must be completed before receiving the final images.

How will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered via password proctected online gallery OR google drive link via email, within 3 weeks after the shoot.

How long do I have access to my images?

You’ll have access to your images for 14 days from the day I reviced the full payment

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as outlined in my Payments, Downloads & Refunds policy. Please review it before booking.

3. Image Usage & Resharing

Can I use the photos however I want?

All images are subject to licensing terms. Personal clients can use their photos for personal purposes (social media, prints, etc.), but commercial use requires separate licensing. Read my Image Usage Rights for full details.

Can I edit or modify the photos?

No. Editing, altering, or adding filters to my photos is not allowed unless you have written permission from me.

Can I reshare your work on social media?

Yes, but please ensure you credit me by tagging @StuartMackaPhotography and linking back to my website. Read my Resharing My Work page for full details.

Do I own the copyright to my photos?

No, as the photographer, I retain copyright over all images. When you purchase or receive images, you are granted a license to use them under specific conditions.

4. Other Questions

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! I am available for travel within your region/country. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Can I request raw/unedited photos?

I do not provide RAW files, as my editing style is an essential part of my photography. You will receive high-quality edited images in the final delivery.

Do you offer prints?

Yes! You can order high-quality prints of your images. Contact me for print sizes and pricing.
